At BanditSigns.com we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and once you submit your order We get to work, if your order requires a proof, then our artists will go to work and typically get you a proof within 2-3 hours depending on our current workload.   If for some reason you haven't received your proof in a few hours, feel free to call us at 877-877-8664 or email us at sales@banditsigns.com

Once the proof is sent to you for your approval, you'll approve or send back for a revision two or three, then once approved, your order will move into production.  We typically ship within 3 - 5 days once your proof is approved.  If your order doesnt require a proof we typically ship with 24 - 48 hours.

If for some reason you need to cancel an order you placed,  before it reaches production we reserve the right to charge for any artwork and or proofs our art department has created on your behalf for your order, for most orders that will be charged at $45/hour with an hour minimum.

Once the order has been completed and shipped occasionally Oops happens, and if for some reason oops happens to you, we apologize and will want to get it handled as fast as possible.   If Oops happens and it's our fault we will typically have the signs brought back to us by our carrier, and production will send out a replacement order as soon as possible.  Often times we might ask for a picture of the mistake to emailed to us at sales@banditsigns.com

Oh yeah and Btw, when you submit your order to us, our site is encrypted so your information is safe.  Once your information is submitted, it stays with us and only us, we never sell our lists.  Yes, on occasion we send out something that we believe will help you in your business, but, we do our best to only send out relevant info to help you in your business.

When your order is shipped by our carrier, typically UPS or FED EX we will send out your tracking number to you by email.   We cannot ship orders to PO Boxes, so make sure you list a physical address with your order to ship to in order to avoid delays once the order is completed and ready to ship.
